Emergency plan for dust accidents

Producing dust refers to solid particles that are formed in industrial and agricultural production and that can float in the air for a long time. In the process of producing and using cement, it is often necessary to contact a large amount of cement dust, such as not paying attention to protection, which is harmful to the human body. Therefore, continuously improving working conditions, protecting the safety and health of workers, and achieving safe production and civilized construction are an important measure to ensure the completion of production tasks, and an important indicator of the management level of enterprises.

1. Classification of dust

1.1 Machine dust. According to different sources, it can be divided into: metallic dust "such as aluminum, iron, tin, lead, manganese and other metal and compound dust"; non-metallic mineral dust "such as quartz, asbestos, talc, coal, etc."; artificial inorganic dust" For example, cement, fiberglass, silicon carbide, etc."

1.2 Organic dust. Can be divided into: plant dust and animal dust.

1.3 Synthetic material dust. Mainly seen in the plastic processing process. In addition to high molecular weight polymers, the basic components of plastics also contain fillers, plasticizers, stabilizers, pigments and other additives.

2. Contact opportunities

2.1 Different types of dust can be accessed in various production sites. In the construction industry, the main contact dust is free silica, quartz mixed dust limestone, clay, volcanic mud, shale and iron powder, coal, slag, gypsum, sand, diatomaceous earth and so on.

3. Dust hazards

3.1 According to different characteristics, dust can cause various damage to the body. If soluble toxic dust enters the respiratory tract, it can be quickly absorbed into the bloodstream, causing poisoning; radioactive dust can cause radioactive damage; some hard dust can damage the cornea and conjunctiva, causing corneal opacity and conjunctivitis; dust clogging When the sebaceous glands and mechanically irritate the skin, it can cause acne, pyoderma and cleft palate; the dust enters the external auditory canal and is mixed with sebum, which can form earwax.

3.2 The most harmful effects of dust on the body are respiratory damage, including upper respiratory tract inflammation, pneumonia (such as manganese dust), pulmonary granuloma (such as whisk), lung cancer (such as asbestos dust, arsenic dust), pneumoconiosis (such as silica). Dust) and other occupational lung diseases. Avoid affecting their breathing or touching the injured area.

3.3 Pneumoconiosis is a disease characterized by diffuse interstitial fibrotic changes in the lungs caused by long-term inhalation of productive dust in the production environment. It is the most widespread and most harmful type of disease in occupational diseases.

4. Prevention

4.1 Leather: Actively deepen the production of dust by deepening technological reforms and technological innovations. This is the fundamental way to eliminate dust hazards.

4.2 Water: Water-wet operation can prevent dust from flying and reduce environmental dust concentration.

4.3 Wind: Strengthen the ventilation and ventilation measures. On the basis of the closed and semi-closed dust source, the dusty air of the working surface is extracted by partial extraction mechanical ventilation, and the local feeding mechanical ventilation can be used at the same time. Air is sent to the work surface.

4.4 Density: Seal the dust source. For dust-generating equipment, close the cover as much as possible, and combine it with the exhaust air, and then discharge it into the atmosphere after dust removal.

4.5 Protection: Do a good job in personal protection. For those who are engaged in dust and toxic work, they must bathe after work and put on their own clothing to prevent dust from being taken home.

4.6 Pipe: Strengthen management. For those engaged in dusty work, gauze masks must be worn.

If the purpose is not achieved, a filter dust mask must be worn. For benzene and high manganese workers, oxygen or air-type gas masks must be worn.

4.7 Check: Regularly check the dust concentration in the ambient air to enter the contact person's regular physical examination. Anyone who finds a disease that is not suitable for a certain harmful operation should be replaced in time.

4.8 Teaching: Strengthen publicity and education, educate workers not to smoke and eat food in harmful workplaces, and wash hands before and after meals to prevent harmful substances from entering the body with food. Strengthen publicity and education, go to hazardous workplaces, and do a good job of cleaning the premises on the first day.

Product Description

Decoration MGO Board Perlite Composition Mgo Board Magnesium Oxide Board

"Iron Crown" Magnesium Oxide Board(also known as MgO Board) is a kind of new environmental friendly

building material. Its main raw material is Magnesium Oxide(MgO), Magnesium Chloride(MgCl2), Alkali-

resisting glass fiber, etc, 100% without asbestos.

The MgO board is of light weight,  excellent  firproof, mositure proof performance. It  can  be  drilled, sawn

and nailed, the installation is quick and easy. These advantages make it the perfect replacement of gypsum

board, mineral fiber board.

There are wide application, such as partition board; decoration board, subfloor board, air channel, etc
