On June 20, 2006, according to the requirements of the National Development and Reform Commission and the China Building Materials Industry Association, relevant experts conducted preliminary acceptance of the “Building Waterproof Material Enterprises and Products Database†undertaken by China Construction Waterproof Material Industry Association. Experts carefully read the relevant Report data, listened to the work report of the undertaking unit and watched the database demonstration.
The database contains a total of 573 corporate information, including corporate data that holds 80% of building waterproof material production licenses, including all TOP10 corporate data. The total amount of data is about 600,000 words. After the expert's identification, the database has reached the design requirements, information-rich, easy to operate, is conducive to information sharing within the industry and related fields.
The database project is a national non-operational capital investment and construction project arranged by the National Development and Reform Commission. The completion of the database will set up a platform for industry and enterprise information resources. It will formulate industrial policies and economic policies for the relevant government departments, provide information services for the formulation of industry development policies, standards, plans, and production, management, and investment decisions for enterprises.
The construction of the database has been greatly supported by the member units. All the basic data comes from the member units. We will cherish these valuable "resources" and run the database well and maintain its proper function.
