Installation points of platform steel gratings

1. Maintenance platform The general safety requirements are very high. Many of them are maintenance work platforms for high-altitude operations. To prevent the risk of falling steel gratings on the platform, the installation of steel gratings should be fixed by welding.

2. In order to effectively prevent slip, twist steel must be used as the crossbar, or composite steel gratings should be used.

3. The steel grating plate is installed in accordance with the steel structure flat plate member, and cannot be moved laterally or separated from the support frame after installation. The supporting length of both ends of the steel grating plate carrying the flat steel in the support frame shall not be less than 25mm.

4. The need for movable and detachable platform steel gratings must be fixed with special steel grating mounting clamps to prevent any displacement of the steel grating.

5. The mounting clips can be supplied by the manufacturer according to the requirements of the buyer. In addition to the mounting clips made of stainless steel, the Q235 low carbon steel production and mounting clips must be hot-dipped galvanized surface treatment. It is recommended that the installation clip be hot-dipped galvanized surface treatment bolts, bolts The diameter shall not be less than 8mm, and the number of steel grating installation clamps used in each steel grating shall not be less than 4.

6. Regularly check the fastening state of the steel gratings to find out any corrosion, any dangerous looseness or changes in the position of the mounting clips and handle them on the spot.
