Timely prevention of shed strawberry red spider

Before mid-October this year, the rainy weather in the southern region lasted for more than one month. Since the end of the year, the weather has turned better and the temperature has risen rapidly. In the plastic greenhouse planted with plastic film cultivation, some strawberries have begun to have red due to the influence of warming. Spider invasion is harmful, and some areas breed very quickly. The red spider that harms strawberry is mainly red spider, followed by cyclamen red spider. They have a wide range of hosts, such as soybeans, cotton, corn, eggplant, watermelon and a variety of weeds. If crops are adjacent to each other, they can often be transferred to each other and can occur for more than ten generations a year.

From the field inspection, the red spiders concentrated on the back of the strawberry to absorb the juice. The damaged part was originally white spots, and then turned into red. In severe cases, the leaves showed a rust-like color, which was like a fire. Expansion will inevitably reduce the yield and quality of strawberries. Under the high temperature environment in the shed, if it is negligently controlled, it may cause great losses.

The source of these red spiders is the wintering insects remaining in the strawberry field; the second is the residual females in the vegetable field; the third is the strawberry seedling bed is not complete, the seedlings are in the greenhouse; the fourth is the host of the red spider In the management, the human body carries the insects, or the tools carried by the insects, or spread by the wind, once the climate is appropriate, then the local breeding will be harmful.

In order to prevent and mitigate the damage of red spiders to wintering strawberries in greenhouses, the following control measures should be taken.

First, we must improve the ecological environment. Starscream prefers a hot, dry environment. The higher the temperature, the lower the humidity and the faster it occurs. Therefore, in the management of water, under the premise of keeping the soil moist, when the temperature is too high, the wind should be properly cooled, so that the red spider can be inhibited from rapid propagation.

Secondly, it is necessary to remove the old leaves in time and remove the insect source. For strawberries that have been damaged by red spiders, the old leaves of the base and some of the old leaves that are infected with the disease should be removed at any time and taken to the outside of the shed for complete burning to eliminate or reduce the source of the insects.

Third, spray the agent in sections to prevent resistance. First, spraying 1.8% avermectin emulsifiable concentrate 5000 times solution, or 5% Nissole emulsifiable concentrate 1500 times solution, or 73% gram emulsifiable concentrate 2000~3000 times solution in seedling stage; second, spraying low residual toxicity before picking strawberries 20% synergistically kills pyrethroid 500~800 times liquid, or 1.8% loved emulsifiable milk 1500~2000 times liquid; third, sprays 25% killing scented emulsifiable concentrate 1000~2000 times liquid, or 45% after fruit picking Crystal stone sulphur mixture. The above agents should be used interchangeably to prevent the resistance of the red spider.
