Wet process phosphoric acid purification micro-chemical complete technology
Wet-process phosphoric acid purification is the bottleneck technology for the transformation and upgrading of the phosphorus chemical industry and green development. It is a major problem that has not been broken in China for nearly half a century. The introduction of technology is not easy to use, not easy to use, hidden dangers, and seriously does not meet the development requirements of China's phosphorus chemical industry. In order to reverse this situation, a joint research team composed of Yufu Group Co., Ltd. and Tsinghua University developed a complete set of wet-process phosphoric acid purification micro-chemical technology. This technological achievement belongs to transformative technology, is at the international advanced level, and has won the first prize for scientific and technological progress.
This technology is aimed at the special requirements of wet-process phosphoric acid purification. It is developed with core purification units such as extraction, washing, stripping and decolorization, combined with modern technology frontier technology. The technical achievements have achieved the following major breakthroughs and innovative results: First, in terms of process simplicity, the most simple wet phosphoric acid purification process in the world has been proposed, which has laid the foundation for system miniaturization; In terms of the creation of a variety of micro-structural components and micro-structural equipment, the company has established the largest single-capacity 120,000-ton/year micro-chemical equipment that has been publicly reported internationally. Third, in terms of system integration, it has proposed engineering micro-devices. The design, micro-system integration and maintenance strategy have achieved long-term stable operation of the first micro-chemical system publicly reported internationally.
The technical achievements have published 25 SCI papers and 12 invention patents. The technology application has formed 1.1 million tons of purified phosphoric acid annual capacity, which has replaced 50% of total thermal acid, and saved 385 million yuan in technology introduction fees. Construction investment was 211 million yuan.
Since 2016, the company has achieved a new sales of 2.373 billion yuan and a profit of 624 million yuan.
