Barbed blade rope, commonly referred to as barbed blade wire or barbed blade netting, serves as a highly effective protective barrier. This type of barbed rope boasts an appealing design, affordability, excellent resistance properties, and ease of installation. Currently, it’s widely utilized in various safety facilities across numerous countries, including industrial zones, residential complexes, border checkpoints, and military installations.
Barbed blade ropes can be categorized into several types based on their structure: spiral blade barbed ropes (also called "belly snake" type), linear blade barbed ropes, flat blade barbed ropes, and welded mesh barbed blades. These designs come in three primary configurations: spiral, linear, and a cross-combination of both spiral and linear.
The barbed gill net is crafted using either hot-dipped galvanized steel sheets or stainless steel sheets that are stamped into sharp-edged blades. High-tension galvanized steel wires or stainless steel wires serve as the core material. Due to its formidable design, the barbed gill net provides robust protective and isolating capabilities. The key materials used include galvanized steel plates and stainless steel plates.
Plastic-coated barbed blade rope, also known as PVC-coated or plastic-sprayed barbed blade wire, undergoes anti-corrosion treatment post-production. The plastic coating enhances its corrosion resistance while maintaining an attractive glossy finish. It also offers superior water resistance, easy installation, and cost-effectiveness. This plastic spraying process involves applying electrostatically charged plastic powder onto the barbed blade rope before baking it at temperatures between 180-220°C to ensure adhesion. Products featuring this coating are typically used indoors, offering a smooth or matte finish.
The colors available for plastic-sprayed barbed blade nets include blue, grass green, dark green, and yellow. These nets are manufactured using hot-dipped galvanized steel sheets or stainless steel sheets that are stamped into sharp-edged blades. The core is made from high-tension galvanized steel wires or stainless steel wires. Given its challenging texture, the barbed blade net achieves effective protective and isolating functions. The primary materials consist of galvanized steel plates, stainless steel plates, low-carbon steel wires (either electro-galvanized, hot-dipped galvanized, plastic-coated, or sprayed), and come in various colors such as blue, green, and yellow.
Applications of plastic-sprayed barbed blade nets include border protection for grasslands, railways, and highways, as well as perimeter security for residential areas, office complexes, outposts, and border defenses.
Based on installation methods, these nets can be classified as spiral (belly snake) plastic-sprayed barbed blade nets, linear plastic-sprayed barbed blade nets, flat plastic-sprayed barbed blade nets, plastic-sprayed barbed blade nets, and welded mesh plastic-sprayed barbed blade nets.
These nets also come in three structural forms: spiral, linear, and a cross-combination of spiral and linear.
