Floor treatment

1. In order to achieve good results in the construction of the floor coating, for the ground that has not yet been leveled, the cement should be first leveled for leveling. When the civil works are leveled, the ground is leveled with professional ground machinery when the cement is initially set. The surface of the epoxy-coated floor that has been re-coated by the base layer will be smoother and brighter, and the service life will be improved.

2. After the cement layer is dried (about 28D), the ground is completely polished by a sander to make the surface smooth and the pores of the cement are all open.

3. For the base layer with oil (edible oil, engine oil), first spray it on the surface of the ground with water and use a surface treatment machine, and scrub repeatedly until there is no oil.

4. For the base layer which is too alkaline (pH>8), first neutralize it with dilute hydrochloric acid or dilute acetic acid, then rinse with water.

5, for the wet ground, by water absorption, drying, the sun, the light, the hot air blower, so that the water content meets the construction requirements.

6, for the ground with old paint film (such as corundum ground, old paint film floor), first use mechanical shovel to remove the old paint, and then deal with the local bad situation, while at the same time roughing the ground to remove the unreliable old cement layer and The surface of the corundum and the rough surface are formed to increase the adhesion of the new coating.

7, for deeper expansion joints, first fill with a color elastic glue to a height of about 1-2mm below the ground plane, and then use a quick-drying hard paint putty to flatten; for the expansion joints that have been filled with asphalt, the seam The asphalt shovel is flat to a depth of 1-2 mm below the ground level, and then smoothed with a quick-drying hard paint putty to prevent color reversion.
