In response to these problems, the researchers introduced reduced graphene oxide into the thin film of a new type of charge-selective material to improve conductivity and enhance light absorption of battery materials. Through the technical improvement of the design of the battery structure and the selection of zinc oxide as an electronic selective material, the conversion efficiency of the solar cell exceeds 15%.
