According to the Korea Work Machinery Industry Association, seven small and medium-sized machine tool builders such as South Korea's HwaCheon Machinery and NamSung Seiko decided to set up a joint sales and after-sales service center in Shanghai, China, in view of the need for South Korea's small and medium-sized enterprises to expand their business in China. The center was opened at the end of February. Four official staff are responsible for the main business. Each manufacturer can send its own staff to the center for short-term or regular business. In addition to the current seven, other relevant industry players are welcome to participate.
