Waterstone Holds 2016 International Sales Meeting at Pala Resort

Over three exciting days, our sales representatives from across North America gathered in sunny California for the 2016 Waterstone Faucets International Sales Meeting. Held at the luxurious Pala Casino and Resort, this event was a fantastic opportunity for our team to connect, learn, and celebrate together. The first day began with an insightful plant tour followed by hands-on faucet assembly training. Some of the reps even had the chance to build a faucet alongside one of our skilled assembly crew members. This practical experience gave everyone a deeper understanding of the craftsmanship that goes into creating our premium kitchen faucets. The day concluded with a cocktail mixer to unwind. On the second day, we split into smaller groups for interactive workshops focusing on our valued vendors. From packaging solutions to digital marketing strategies, each session provided valuable insights into the various aspects of our business operations. To cap off the evening, we watched the highly anticipated Clemson versus Alabama National Championship game while enjoying a delicious dinner. The final day started with a productive feedback session where we discussed key takeaways from the previous days. Afterward, participants enjoyed a well-deserved break with several fun activities available: a wine tour in Temecula, a round of golf at the prestigious Pala Mesa Resort, or a relaxing spa treatment at Pala.
