What factors cause the motor NSK bearing to rust

The cause of the rust of the NSK bearing of the motor is very messy; it may be that the NSK imported bearing is not well treated for rust prevention; it may also be the rust caused by moisture; and the rust caused by the paint mist. I will explain it to us in detail below.
There are four main types of acid components evaporating from insulating varnishes used in most motor plants:
1 low-molecular lacquer acid component (anhydrous o- and terephthalic acid; anhydrous maleic acid; trans-butenedioic acid) without repercussions.
2 The acid component formed when the paint is cured (when changing the phenolic lacquer; changing from formaldehyde to formic acid).
3 primary fatty acids (formic acid, acetic acid) produced by heat or oxidative differentiation.
4 The acid component formed by the hydration of the cured product. The primary acid component of the varnish is the formic acid; there is a close relationship between the amount of formic acid and the degree of rust.
The grease adsorbs the acidic component evaporated from the paint; causing the grease to metamorphose; and this acidic component promotes the hydrolysis of the oil; the result is an increase in the concentration of the acidic component; resulting in corrosion of the NSK bearing.
The working principle of the grease; the grease layer is used to separate the steel ball from the surface raceway; the viscosity characteristics of the grease are used; the steel ball and the raceway are attached; the metal interface separating the steel ball from the surface raceway; the metal is cut Wear and protect the metal from air and moisture; reduce oscillation and noise; make NSK bearings smooth transition.
However, after the grease is changed, the viscosity will change; the oil film will break through; the separation function and adhesion characteristics of the grease will disappear; the result of this attack.
One is to make the acidic component of the insulating varnish directly oxidize the metal appearance; causing the bearing to rust.
The second is to cause the steel ball to touch the track in the surface; the wear and tear occur when rotating; then the noise is increased.
