Among them, the 200,000-ton CO2 recovery project has been put into operation, and it is planned to build another 200,000 tons next year to count the 50,000-ton food-grade recovery device built last year. Hu Zonggui said, “Thorpe’s carbon dioxide recovery rate by next year If it reaches 75% or more, it will increase the output value of 180 million yuan." The plant's carbon monoxide recovery device can recover carbon monoxide with a purity of 98.5%, which can be used as a raw gas. On the one hand, it saves the production cost of the group; on the other hand, it increases the output value by another 30 million each year, and actually reduces carbon dioxide emissions by about 2,600 m3/h. Excellent energy and environmental protection projects with good social benefits. Another eco-environmental double-efficiency project is a recycling facility. The project uses Dutch HEFRON modified Krauss technology with a global market share of 40%. It designs and recycles 6,000 tons annually, and the hydrogen gas tail gas treatment rate reaches 99.9. Above 3%, the three sets of denitrification and dust-removal transformation projects are also in full swing. It is estimated that after the completion of the end of 2016, the annual reduction of SO 2672 tons and 45 tons of dust can be realized.
