In order to ensure the quality of the researched products, important physical and chemical tests and inspections were commissioned by the National Engineering Quality Supervision Station Inspection Center of the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry, the domestic refractories testing authority.

1. Chemical Composition The main chemical components of the product are A12O3 (48.10%) and 510: (42.60%), belonging to the standard A12O3: 510: series of products. The contents of other iron, chromium and other impurities are not excessive.

3. Technical performance evaluation The above-mentioned Ab03 content and refractoriness index are equivalent to the national standard SG4 and SD4 of clay and high-aluminum fire-resistant plastics, and its fired line has a lower change, and the strength is much higher than that of similar brands. Standards; compressive strength after drying, compressive strength after firing, high temperature flexural strength, flexural strength after firing, bending strength at room temperature, etc. are all better than the national standard, excellent in performance, widely applicable to high temperature, high pressure , heat shock, corrosion resistance of various types of high temperature furnace.

4. Main features of the product (l) The main raw material is andalusite, which is a neutral refractories of A1203:510 series, and its use temperature range C. (6) The quality is stable and the product is easy to store and transport. In the cold north, the product is placed.
