At a recent symposium on labor insurance products held by Qinghai Oil Field Company, frontline employees expressed their satisfaction with the latest upgrades to protective gear. “Our labor insurance products are not only comfortable and durable, but also stylish and modern,†one worker said, highlighting the positive feedback from the field.
This year, Qinghai Oilfield Company has invested over 5 million RMB in the “Upgrading of Special Labor Protective Products Production Lines†project. As part of this initiative, 65 new sets of production and inspection equipment have been purchased and installed to enhance the quality and efficiency of protective gear manufacturing.
The Qinghai Oilfield Labor Services Company is now producing 20,000 sets of anti-static special workwear for workers operating in the high-altitude oil fields. Additionally, they are manufacturing 20,000 pairs of anti-static and toe-protected shoes and boots, as well as 300,000 anti-static, waterproof, and oil-resistant gloves. These improvements aim to better protect workers in harsh environments while ensuring comfort and style.
The upgraded products reflect the company’s commitment to improving working conditions and safety standards for its employees. With the introduction of more advanced equipment and materials, the company is setting a new benchmark in the industry.
As part of these efforts, the company has also focused on enhancing the design and functionality of protective gear, making it more user-friendly and suitable for the challenging conditions found in the plateau region.
