Since the pressure-measuring pipeline of the measuring instrument for washing benzene to steamed benzene has been clogging frequently in the winter when the temperature is low, the meter is out of alignment, which has many adverse effects on the operation of crude benzene. Because the drain valve needs to be opened when draining the pipeline, it will cause certain pollution to the site environment and cause waste of washing oil.

Since the transmitter is operated at normal temperature, if the transmitter chamber is clogged, it is easy to cause damage to the transmitter when the steam is blown by the transmitter to dissolve the oil. Therefore, it is particularly important to solve the plugging of the pressure measuring pipeline of the rich oil flow measuring instrument.

This constitutes an orifice flow meter, which is called a throttling element. When the fluid passes through the small hole, due to the inertia, the flow cross section does not immediately expand to the same as the pipe cross section; instead, it continues to shrink a certain distance before gradually expanding to the entire cross section. The smallest part of the flow section is called the contraction.

The flow rate of the fluid at the vein is the largest, that is, the kinetic energy is the largest, and the corresponding static pressure is the lowest. Therefore, when the fluid flows through the small holes at a certain flow rate, a certain pressure difference is generated, and the larger the flow rate, the larger the pressure difference generated. Therefore, the method of measuring the pressure difference is used to measure the fluid flow rate.

In the actual measurement, the corner joint pressure method is adopted, that is, the ring chamber is separately installed in the up and down flow of the orifice plate, and the positive and negative pressure measuring tubes are taken out on the ring chamber to measure the pressure difference before and after the orifice plate. The two pressure measuring tubes are respectively introduced into the transmitter, and are converted into electrical signals by the transmitter to be transmitted to the display instrument, and the flow of the fluid is displayed through the display meter.

The problem is that the medium measured by the rich oil flow measuring instrument is rich in oil, the rich oil is composed of washing oil containing a certain crude benzene, and the washing oil is a mixture of the cut range of 230300e in the tar product, in the washing oil There are naphthalenes which are prone to crystallization. At the same time, in the process of benzene absorption and debenzene removal, the washing oil needs to be heated at a high temperature in the tube furnace, and a certain amount of viscous high polymer is gradually formed in the process.

When measuring the flow rate, the flow meter is filled with the washing oil containing the above substances, and the medium in the pressure measuring line is still, it is easier to accumulate these substances at a specific position. When the outside temperature is low, it is easy to crystallize, which causes blockage of the pressure measuring pipeline, which makes the meter misaligned.
