The lamppost is a high-quality, durable lighting solution designed for urban and rural street illumination. It stands between 5 to 15 meters tall, with the main pole manufactured in one piece using a large bending machine. The wall thickness ranges from 2.5mm to 6mm, allowing for customization based on specific user requirements.

The structure is made from high-quality low-silicon carbon steel Q235A (with Si ≤ 0.04% and yield strength >245MPa), meeting the performance standard GB699-88. This ensures strong structural integrity and long-term durability.

The welding process is highly precise, ensuring that the entire pole is free of cracks, leaks, or defects such as air holes or undercut. The weld seams are smooth and flat, and a full weld flaw detection report is provided. All welding follows the GB/T3323-1989III standard, while the safety compliance adheres to GB7000.1-7000.5-1996.

The electrical door is plasma-cut and integrated into the lamp body without any additional boss welding, ensuring high structural strength. It offers ample operating space and includes necessary electrical installation accessories. The door gap is no more than 1mm, providing excellent waterproofing. A special anti-theft fastening system is included, with non-standard tools required for access. The door also features high interchangeability and comes with 3% spare parts. An M8×30 bolt is firmly welded at the bottom left of the pole, hot-dip galvanized for connecting the PE cable.

The hot-dip galvanizing process ensures that both inner and outer surfaces are rust-free, with a minimum thickness of 75μm, complying with GB/T13912-92. The galvanized surface is smooth, uniform in color, and resistant to peeling after impact testing. A galvanizing test report is provided.

The spray molding process uses outdoor-grade pure polyester powder, available in white. The plastic layer is stable, resistant to fading, peeling, and UV damage. It meets ASTM D3359-83 standards, with a minimum thickness of 80μm. The coating is tested for adhesion, ensuring no peeling even after blade scratches. The surface is smooth and consistently colored.

The design team provides force calculations based on the pole’s shape and local wind speed requirements. The square steel used in the pole body meets national standards for strength and surface finish. The top of the pole is sealed with a waterproof cover.

After installation, the verticality of the pole is checked using a theodolite, with a tolerance of no more than 2 per thousand. The overall appearance is elegant, with a smooth, uniform surface and consistent color. The galvanized and painted layers are free from peeling or unevenness.

All fixing bolts and nuts, except for anchor ones, are made of stainless steel. The internal cable passage is smooth and free of sharp edges or burrs to prevent cable damage.

The lamppost is designed to meet lightning protection and grounding requirements. It operates efficiently in ambient temperatures ranging from -15°C to 50°C, withstands wind speeds up to 40m/s, and is suitable for seismic zones up to intensity 8. With a corrosion resistance lifespan of at least 30 years, it is ideal for use in coastal and salty environments.
