The 7th China Intelligent Building Electrical Salon was successfully held in Zunyi on September 6, 2013. Organized jointly by Taiyong Group Guizhou Changzheng Switch Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and the Intelligent Building Electrical Media Agency, the event was sponsored by the China Building Energy Conservation Association - Building Electrical and Intelligent Professional Committee and the National Intelligent Building Technology Information Network. Over 20 participants attended, including more than a dozen "Electrical Double High Experts" (masters and professors) from 14 leading design institutes across the country, as well as representatives from the Taiyong Group.
The salon, which has been held for ten years, continues to uphold its core mission of "seeking truth and focusing on practicality." It brings together industry professionals and experts to discuss current challenges and hot topics in the field, offering feasible solutions and promoting the research and application of technological advancements.
The event was hosted by Mr. Ouyang Dong, Executive Vice Chairman of the China Building Energy Conservation Association's Building Electrical and Intelligent Professional Committee, and also an Executive Vice President of the National Intelligent Building Technology Information Network, as well as a State Council Special Allowance Expert. Mr. Huang Zhenggan, Chairman of the Taiyong Group, welcomed the attendees and expressed his appreciation for their participation.
The theme of this year’s salon was "Research and Application of Energy-Saving Technology for Low-Voltage Electrical Systems." Experts engaged in in-depth discussions on the current status and future trends of energy-saving technologies in low-voltage electrical systems, focusing on key strategies for improving efficiency, reducing losses, and integrating intelligent control technologies. Topics included the development of low-voltage electrical equipment such as ATSE (Automatic Transfer Switch Equipment), the importance of system safety and reliability, lifecycle management, power factor improvement, standby loss reduction, and the integration of renewable energy with low-voltage power distribution systems.
During the meeting, the experts visited the Long March Exhibition Hall, the Historical Gallery, the Assembly Workshop, and the Manufacturing Workshop within the industrial park. They gained valuable insights into the historical significance of the Long March and the evolution of China’s low-voltage electrical industry. He Guibing, Deputy General Manager of Guizhou Changzheng Switch Manufacturing Co., Ltd., introduced the company’s energy-saving product features and shared recommendations on the development and application of low-voltage electrical technology. He emphasized that the academic exchange provided meaningful guidance and inspiration for both the industry and the company’s future product development and marketing strategies.
This event not only strengthened collaboration between industry leaders and technical experts but also highlighted the importance of continuous innovation and sustainable development in the building electrical sector.
