Feng Xiuying, secretary-general of the Zhongshan Lock Industry Association, told the reporter that before the establishment of the door lock alliance standard in Xiaolan Town, the lock industry has been in a state of low production standards, which not only severely restricted the development of the lock industry, but also the quality level and developed countries. The gap between the two is getting bigger and bigger, and the industrial upgrading is difficult.
In order to solve the problem of low industry standard and long ageing of locks, Zhongshan Quality Supervision Bureau has established and implemented three lock industry alliance standards in recent years based on the transformation and upgrading of industrial clusters. Among the three lock alliance standards, the main quality indicators are much higher than the current national and industry standards. The service life of the ball lock is 100,000-200,000 times higher than the national standard, and has reached the international advanced level.

Feng Xiuying revealed that the focus of this year's lock industry association is to develop an alliance standard for electronic locks. Because the current round of technical competition in the lock industry has begun, the future of high-end products with high technical content represented by electronic locks is optimistic.

A few days ago, the Xiaolan Town Government received a letter from the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, and agreed to establish a “National Locking Industry Famous Brand Creation Demonstration Zoneâ€. Within two years, the town will complete the preparation work for the demonstration zone.
According to reports, the construction of the demonstration area will enjoy the support policies of the AQSIQ in terms of standard system (repair), inspection capacity building, inspection and quarantine clearance, administrative licensing approval, anti-counterfeiting, and quality improvement. At present, Xiaolan has begun to work on various preparatory work. In accordance with the requirements of the AQSIQ, all preparatory work will be completed within 24 months and subject to expert review and acceptance.
The relevant person in charge of the Xiaolan Town Economic and Trade Bureau said that Xiaolan will take the opportunity of establishing a “National Locking Industry Famous Brand Creation Demonstration Zone†as an opportunity to actively launch the lock enterprises to participate in the creation work, further promote the transformation and upgrading of the lock industry, and expand the “Xiaolan Locksâ€. "Regional brand influence will help the lock industry to develop better and faster.
