Previously, our Tianjin scaffolding rental company introduced the classification of scaffolding. One of the types was called "integrated scaffolding." Now, we are here to explain the dismantling method for this type of scaffolding, as introduced by our Tianjin scaffolding leasing company. The model is known as integrated scaffolding, so let’s take a closer look at how it should be removed:
1. Based on the framing plan of the external wall scaffolding and considering the construction requirements of other projects, the demarcation line for the scaffolding is determined. This is usually set at corner positions or where wall bars and lateral bracing are located. For example, the east facade is removed from axis â—‹17 to â—‹4, the south facade from â—‹A to â—‹F, and the west facade from â—‹4 to 1/10.
2. Before partially removing the external wall scaffold, it's essential to check whether the end of the scaffold can be safely removed without using rigid connecting rods and lateral bracing. If not, these components must be added at the end of the scaffold before any removal takes place. Only then can partial dismantling proceed.
3. After that, the longitudinal crossbar or diagonal bracing can be extended into the area that cannot be removed. Steel pipes must be cut precisely at the boundary line. It is strictly prohibited to connect short pipes after the main structure has been removed.
4. When part of the scaffold is removed, the process should stop at the boundary line. At the same time, guardrails and safety nets must be installed at the end of the remaining section, and scaffolding boards should be laid on the flat bridge to ensure stability and safety.
5. When removing a local section of the scaffold, if three layers are removed and the height does not exceed 10 meters, the entire scaffolding does not need to be fully inspected. However, it is important to verify whether the structure meets the required standards. If not, adjustments should be made accordingly. Special attention should be given to fasteners—any loosened ones should be tightened immediately.
This article provides a detailed guide on the safe and effective dismantling of integrated scaffolding. By following these steps, construction teams can ensure both efficiency and safety during the removal process. Always prioritize proper planning and adherence to safety protocols when working with scaffolding systems.
