For example, the eastern facade is removed from axis â—‹17 to â—‹4, the southern facade from â—‹A to â—‹F, and the western facade from â—‹4 to 1/10.
2. Before partially removing the external wall scaffold, it is essential to check whether the end of the scaffold can be removed without affecting the rigid connecting rods and lateral bracing. If not, additional rigid wall rods and lateral bracing must be added at the end of the scaffold before removal. Only then can the partial dismantling proceed safely.
3. After that, the longitudinal crossbars or diagonal braces can be extended into the area that cannot be removed. The steel pipes must be cut precisely at the boundary line. It is strictly prohibited to connect short pipes after the entire section has been removed.
4. When removing a local section of the scaffold, make sure to stop at the boundary line. At the end of the unremovable part, install guardrails and safety nets, and lay scaffolding boards on the flat bridge to ensure safety and stability.
5. When removing a local section of the scaffolding, if three layers are removed and the height does not exceed 10 meters, a full inspection of the scaffolding may not be required. However, it is still important to verify whether the structure meets the necessary requirements and specifications. If any issues are found, adjustments should be made accordingly. In particular, if fasteners become loose during the removal process, they should be tightened immediately to maintain structural integrity.
