Horizontal Placement

Pre-Use Water Filling
If you are using a new fan or one that has been idle for an extended period, make sure to fill it with clean water before starting. Monitor the water level using the visible water mark to avoid overfilling. Always unplug the device before adding water to prevent electrical damage. When the water reaches near the “highest†mark, stop filling and close the lid securely. During refrigeration mode, keep an eye on the water level. If it drops to the “lowest†mark, add more water immediately—otherwise, the cooling effect will be reduced.
Frozen Ice Crystals
Most air-conditioning fans come with two ice crystals. For best results, store one in your home refrigerator overnight. The next day, place it into the water tank to enhance the cooling effect. This simple trick can significantly improve the temperature drop and comfort level.
Proper Humidification
To enjoy the humidifying function, start by filling the water tank with clean water. Once the fan is turned on, it will take about 1–3 minutes for the outlet air temperature to drop, providing the best cooling and humidity. If available, adding cold or ice-cold water can further boost the cooling effect. You can also add a few drops of essential oil or fragrance to the water for a refreshing, aromatic breeze. Press the cooling and humidifying button to activate the feature—the indicator light will turn on. To deactivate, press the same button again, and the light will go off.
Swinging Air Supply
Many air conditioning fans have a swinging function that allows the airflow to move left and right automatically. To enable this, press the “wind direction†button once. The “swinging wind†indicator light will turn on, and the fan will oscillate 120 degrees. If you prefer a fixed airflow, press the button again to switch to “directional wind,†which stops the swinging motion. Additionally, you can adjust the vertical airflow direction manually by rotating the long air guide. This allows you to direct the air up or down, ensuring the most comfortable and effective placement for your space.
Maintenance Tips
When the fan is not in use for an extended period, empty the water tank and let it dry completely at room temperature. Ensure that all internal parts, especially the filter, are fully dry before storing the unit in a sealed plastic bag. This helps prevent mold and maintains the unit's performance for future use.
