After three years of arduous trials, we finally found an accurate comparison method for temperature measurement. This technology has filled the international gap and has won the national Invention patent and a utility model patent. The improved smelting technology achieves energy savings of approximately 15%, and the product produced per furnace Raw Material has also been upgraded from the original 15 tons to the current 22 tons.

The inaccurate temperature measurement of the purification process is a major bottleneck restricting the production of the same industry in the world. At present, domestic and foreign enterprises generally adopt infrared temperature measurement technology, but the difference between the measured temperature and the actual temperature is large, which affects product stability. Through two years of research and development, the researchers of the Paradise Group have developed a new type of real-time detection and information management system. The system can simultaneously perform on-site inspection of 72 cans, and the temperature measurement is more accurate than foreign technology, and the energy consumption and cost are low, and the product stability is strong. The technology has won praises from foreign experts.

The silicon carbide single crystal raw material is the fourth generation of silicon carbide products, which can be used in the military industry and restricts the export of this product abroad. In 2006, the Chinese Academy of Sciences filed a national tender to overcome this technical problem. As a private enterprise, the Paradise Group has won the bid with more than 20 domestic counterparts with its strong R&D capabilities. After unremitting efforts, they cooperated with Nanjing University of Technology to overcome technical problems and became the only company in China to produce this product, once again filling the gap in the domestic product.
