Lamppost Technology Description:
1. The height of the lamppost ranges from 5 to 15 meters, and the main pole is formed in one piece using a large bending machine. The wall thickness varies between 2.5mm and 6mm. Customization is available based on specific user requirements for appearance and dimensions.
2. Material
The lamppost is constructed from high-quality low-silicon carbon steel Q235A (with Si ≤ 0.04% and yield strength >245MPa). It meets performance standards set by GB699-88, ensuring durability and structural integrity.
3. Welding Process
The entire structure must be free from cracks, incomplete welds, continuous air holes, undercut, or other defects. The weld seams should be smooth, flat, and free from unevenness. A welding flaw detection report must be provided. The welding process adheres to GB/T3323-1989 III standards, and the safety complies with GB7000.1-7000.5-1996.
4. Electrical Door
a. The electrical door is plasma-cut for precision and clean edges.
b. Integrated with the lamp body, it avoids welding at the opening, ensuring strong structural integrity.
c. The door provides sufficient internal space for installation and includes necessary electrical accessories.
d. The gap between the door and the pole is no more than 1mm, offering excellent waterproof performance.
e. Features a secure fastening system with anti-theft design, requiring non-standard tools for access.
f. The door is designed for high interchangeability, with 3% spare fittings included.
g. An M8×30 bolt is welded to the bottom left of the pole, hot-dip galvanized for grounding connection to the PE cable.
5. Hot-Dip Galvanizing Process
Both inner and outer surfaces are treated to remove rust before galvanization. The coating thickness is ≥75μm, meeting GB/T13912-92 standards. The service life is designed to last at least 30 years, with a smooth, uniform finish that resists peeling after impact testing. A galvanizing test report is provided.
6. Spray Molding Process
The spray plastic uses outdoor-grade pure polyester powder in white color, offering stability, UV resistance, and long-term durability. The coating thickness is ≥80μm, complying with ASTM D3359-83. A spray test report is available. The surface must be smooth, with consistent color and strong adhesion. Blade scratch tests (15x6mm) must not result in peeling or flaking.
7. Design Capability
a. Calculations are performed based on wind speed requirements and the shape diagram of the light pole.
b. The square steel used in the pole body meets national standards for strength and surface quality.
c. The top of the pole is sealed with a waterproof cover.
8. Verticality Test
After installation, a theodolite is used to check the verticality. The deviation must be less than or equal to 2 per thousand.
9. Overall Appearance
The shape and size meet specifications, with an elegant overall look. The surface is smooth, uniform, and free from imperfections. The galvanized layer is even, and the painted layer has strong adhesion without peeling.
10. Fasteners
All bolts and nuts (except anchor ones) are made of stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance and longevity.
11. Cable Passage
The internal cable passage is unobstructed, with smooth edges and no sharp burrs that could damage the cables.
12. Environmental and Safety Standards
The lamppost meets lightning protection and grounding requirements. It operates within ambient temperatures ranging from -15°C to 50°C, withstands wind speeds up to 40m/s, and is designed to resist seismic activity of intensity 8. Its corrosion resistance is guaranteed for 30 years.
