High-strength circular chain flash butt welding machine is used for welding semi-automatic flash of mining transport chain, cement lifting chain, lifting hoisting chain, marine anchor chain and various non-standard circular chain with diameter of 14mm~30mm. Butt welding equipment is widely used in coal mining, building materials, shipping, lifting, petroleum, chemical and other industries.
The machine adopts the flash butt welding process and has a wide welding range. It can weld ordinary Q215-Q235, 45# steel and 20Mn2, 20MnV, 20-25MnVK and other grades of circular chain, and can remove the burrs of the welded joints and replace the jaws.
