Butyl rubber gloves

Butyl rubber gloves, also known as operation box gloves, long-arm gloves, or lab gloves, are designed to provide a secure and airtight seal within glove boxes, anaerobic tanks, incubators, and other controlled environments. These gloves feature cuffs with a diameter ranging from 22 to 25 cm, which can be curled and locked into the holes of the glove box for a tight fit. They are lined with nylon fibers, offering enhanced durability and comfort. Available in large, medium, and small sizes, they are ideal for a variety of industrial and laboratory applications. These gloves are engineered to withstand harsh chemicals, including hydrofluoric acid, aqua regia, nitric acid, strong acids, strong bases, toluene, and alcohol. Their excellent physical properties include high tear resistance, acid and alkali resistance, superior wear resistance, air-tightness, and anti-aging performance. This makes them highly suitable for use in the electronics, biopharmaceutical, electroplating, food production, chemical, and university research industries. Before use, it is essential to check the gloves for airtightness. Simply blow into the gloves and pinch the cuffs to see if any air leaks out. If a leak is detected, the glove should be discarded immediately to ensure safety and effectiveness. The sealing ring of the butyl rubber gloves (with a diameter of Φ196–197 mm) is made from acetal copolymer, a tough and rigid thermoplastic material that offers excellent impact strength, surface hardness, dimensional stability, and chemical resistance. It can operate effectively in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 104°C. The plastic seal retainer consists of an inner and outer ring, which are installed separately on the glove box panel. The outer ring is tightly attached to the transparent panel, forming a clamp that holds the glass panel in place, while the inner ring is secured inside the box. The inner and outer rings are equipped with rubber O-rings on the glass side, ensuring a reliable seal. When tightening the rings, self-tapping screws do not penetrate the glass, preserving the integrity of the panel. The gloves are securely fastened onto the protruding cylindrical surface of the fixing ring. A rubber tightening ring or metal hose clamp may be used to ensure the gloves remain firmly in place without shifting. In addition, these gloves are compatible with various sealing components such as rubber O-rings, tensioning rings, and metal hose clamps. These accessories help maintain a secure and stable connection, preventing the gloves from slipping or falling off during use. Whether for routine lab work or specialized chemical handling, butyl rubber gloves offer a dependable solution for maintaining a safe and controlled environment.

Pressure Vessel

There are a wide variety of pressure vessel, which can be divided into gas storage vessels and liquid storage vessels according to the different sources of pressure. The design and manufacturing of pressure vessels need to meet a series of technical requirements to ensure the safe operation of the vessel.
