Quality inspection of broken aluminum alloy doors and windows

1. Window Surface: The window frame should be clean, smooth, and free from scratches or dents. The surface must be flat, with no visible imperfections, and the profile should not show any signs of damage due to welding issues.

2. Hardware: All hardware components must be present, properly positioned, and securely installed. They should operate smoothly and function as intended without any jamming or misalignment.

3. Glass Sealing Strip: The sealing strip should lie flat against both the glass and the glass groove, with no curling, wrinkling, or uneven compression. It should provide a tight and consistent seal.

4. Sealing Quality: When the window is partially closed, there should be no noticeable gap between the sash and the frame. The sealing strip on the contact area must be compressed properly to ensure an airtight and weatherproof seal.

5. Glass: The glass should be firmly fixed in place, with no looseness or wobbling. Single-pane glass must not come into direct contact with the frame. For double-glazed units, both inner and outer surfaces should be clean, with no dust or moisture trapped between the panes. The spacers should remain in place without lifting or shifting.

6. Beading: The beading that includes the sealing strip must fit tightly against the glass. There should be no visible gap between the bead and the profile joints. Any joint gaps should not exceed 1 mm in width.

7. Splicing Material: The splicing material should be tightly connected to the window frame and sealed using caulk. It must not be loose or movable. Screws should be spaced no more than 600 mm apart, and both ends of the reinforcing steel should be securely fastened within the holes.

8. Switch Components: Whether it's a swing, sliding, or rotating window, all moving parts should close properly and remain secure when shut.

9. Frame and Wall Connection: The window frame should be perfectly aligned and level. The fixing points should be spaced no more than 600 mm apart. The frame must be firmly attached to the wall, with the gap filled using elastic material. The exterior seams should be sealed properly to prevent water infiltration and cracking.

10. Drainage Hole: The drainage hole must be positioned correctly and remain unobstructed, ensuring proper water flow and preventing water buildup inside the frame.

Electric Butterfly Valve

An electric Butterfly Valve is a type of valve that uses an electric motor to control the opening and closing of the valve. The valve consists of a disc that rotates around a central axis to control the flow of fluid or gas. When the electric motor is activated, it rotates the disc to open or close the valve. Electric butterfly valves are commonly used in industrial applications such as water treatment, chemical processing, and HVAC systems. They are preferred over manual valves because they offer precise control and can be operated remotely.
