Quality inspection of broken aluminum alloy doors and windows

1. Window Surface: The window frame should be clean, smooth, and free from scratches or bumps on the main surface. The profile must not have any broken welds or deformations, ensuring a uniform and professional appearance.

2. Hardware: All hardware components must be complete, properly positioned, securely installed, and function smoothly. They should operate without resistance and perform their intended purpose effectively.

3. Glass Sealing Strip: The sealing strip should lie flat against both the glass and the glass groove. It should not curl, wrinkle, or bulge, ensuring a tight and consistent seal around the glass.

4. Sealing Quality: When the window is partially closed, there should be no visible gap between the sash and the frame. The sealing strip must remain compressed to maintain an effective seal and prevent air or water infiltration.

5. Glass: The glass must be firmly installed and perfectly flat. Single-pane glass should not come into direct contact with the frame. For double-glazed units, both inner and outer surfaces must be clean, with no dust or moisture in the interlayer. The spacers should remain intact and not lift or shift.

6. Beading: The bead that includes the sealing strip must fit tightly against the glass. There should be no noticeable gap between the bead and the frame joint, with a maximum allowable gap of 1 mm.

7. Splicing Material: The splicing material should be firmly connected to the window frame and sealed with caulk. It should not move or rattle. The screw spacing should not exceed 600 mm, and both ends of the reinforcing steel must be securely fastened within the holes.

8. Operating Components: Swing, sliding, or rotating windows must close properly and remain secure. They should open and close smoothly without sticking or misalignment.

9. Frame-to-Wall Connection: The window frame should be level and plumb, with consistent height across all units. The fixing pieces should be spaced no more than 600 mm apart. The frame must be firmly attached to the wall, with gaps filled using elastic material and sealed properly to avoid cracks or leaks.

10. Drainage Holes: The drainage holes must be correctly positioned and unobstructed, allowing proper water runoff and preventing water buildup inside the window system.

Gate Valve

Gate valve is a relatively common general-purpose valve, the use of a wide range of applications, mainly in water conservancy, metallurgy and other industries, its extensive use of performance has been recognized by the market.
Gate valve structure: gate valve is the use of the gate and seat to control the opening and closing of the valve. Gate valve mainly has a valve body, valve seat, gate, valve stem, valve cover, stuffing box, packing gland, stem nut, hand wheel and other components. Depending on the change of the relative position between the gate and the valve seat, the channel size can be changed and the channel can be cut off. In order to make the gate valve close tightly, the mating surface of the gate plate and the valve seat are ground.
