First, all materials used in the ceiling project must match the design specifications in terms of type, size, and color. This ensures consistency and meets the aesthetic and functional requirements of the project.
Second, all types of keel structures need to be securely fastened. After installation, a full inspection should be conducted to ensure proper leveling and accurate positioning of each component.
Third, when using wooden frames, the wood specifications must follow the design guidelines. Each piece of wood should be glued before nailing, and the surface that will come into contact with the cover panel must be planed for a smooth finish.
Fourth, the wooden framework must comply with fire safety regulations to ensure the structure is safe and meets local building codes.
Fifth, all cover panels should be free from defects such as bubbles, peeling, cracks, missing corners, dirt, or pattern issues. The surface should be smooth, edges neat, and colors uniform across the entire ceiling.
