Basic structure of desktop high speed large capacity refrigerated centrifuge


The desktop high-speed large-capacity refrigerated centrifuge consists of a frame, a rotor, a drive system, a refrigeration system, a control system, and a safety protection system.

1, the rack:

The frame is composed of a cabinet, a door cover and a liner. The cabinet and door cover are made of steel and the inner tank is made of stainless steel.

2, the rotor:

The rotor is divided into a rotor and a horizontal rotor. The resistance of the angle rotor is smaller than that of the horizontal rotor. It should be separated at high speed, but it should not be separated by large capacity. The resistance of the horizontal rotor is larger than that of the angle rotor, and it is not suitable for high-speed separation, but it should be separated by large capacity.

3. Drive system:

The drive system consists of a motor, a drive shaft and a damping mechanism. The motor adopts AC variable frequency motor, and the drive shaft adopts a sealed pre-lubricated drive shaft. The shock absorption mechanism reduces vibration and noise during operation of the centrifuge.

4. Refrigeration system:

The refrigeration system uses a fully enclosed air-cooled Copeland compressor unit, and dual-loop control of cooling and heating.

5. Control system:

System control uses microcomputer control, touch panel, digital display. The speed and centrifugal force can be set alternately. The operating parameters can be automatically memorized. The parameters can be modified during operation. It has 10 speeds, a variety of custom program storage functions, soft brake function and rotor number recognition function.

6, security protection system:

Main current protection: When the power supply current exceeds the rated value, the main unit is powered off.

Over temperature protection: When the temperature exceeds the preset temperature ±6 °C, the motor stops running.

Overspeed protection: When the speed is out of control or exceeds the preset speed ±30rpm, the motor stops running.

Unbalance protection: When the centrifuge generates vibration due to unbalanced operation and its amplitude exceeds a certain amount, the motor stops running.

Door cover safety protection: When the door cover is not covered, the centrifuge can not be started. The door is forcibly opened during the operation of the centrifuge, and the motor stops running.
