Preparation before starting the three-screw pump
1. The inlet of the three-screw pump should be equipped with a filter, and the maximum particle size usually passed through the filter is not more than 0.1 mm.
2. Check that the unit and the connecting part are firmly fixed; check whether the connection of the suction pipe section and the instrument connector is sealed.
3. Check whether there is a certain gap between the couplings and strictly control the alignment of the two shafts. The runout of the outer ring of the coupling should not exceed 0.05mm, and the end face of the coupling should not exceed 0.1mm.
4. The working fluid should be filled in the three-screw pump before the first start.
5. Check that the suction valve on the inlet line and the discharge valve on the discharge line are fully open.
6. Turn the three-screw pump coupling by hand. The screw of the hand feel should be even and brisk, and there must be no rotation or stuck. The quality of the installation and commissioning of the three-screw pump directly affects the normal operation of the pump and affects the service life and performance parameters of the pump.
