Sifangda (300179) announced on the evening of February 14 that in 2013, the company achieved a total operating revenue of RMB 152.033 million, representing a 14.84% year-over-year growth. The company reported an operating profit of RMB 36.2055 million, up by 13.01% compared to the same period last year. Total profit reached RMB 39.9844 million, marking an increase of 1.29% from the previous year. However, net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies stood at RMB 32.7454 million, reflecting a 5.69% decline compared to the prior year.
The company attributed the performance changes to several factors. The acquisition of Zhengzhou Huayuan Superhard Materials Co., Ltd. contributed significantly to the rise in operating revenue by 14.8%. Additionally, improved internal management helped boost operating profit by RMB 4.17 million. On the other hand, a reduction in government subsidies by RMB 3.35 million and a donation of RMB 0.5 million negatively impacted the net profit, leading to a decrease of RMB 1.954 million, or 5.69% year-on-year.
Despite the slight drop in net profit, the company remained optimistic about its long-term growth prospects, citing strong market demand and ongoing operational improvements as key drivers for future performance.
